Appellants Robert Siegel Inc., 1352-1354 Corporation, and AB Enterprises ("the Siegel Group")1 seek review of a June 15, 2005 order dismissing a complaint against the District of Columbia seeking to enjoin it from moving forward with its plan to acquire a parcel of land for the proposed baseball stadium site on the grounds that the statutorily required revaluation of the land acquisition cost was made in bad faith...
