¶ 1 Keith W. Elmore has been civilly committed as a sexually violent predator (SVP). The State now appeals from a superior court order granting Elmore a new trial on the issue of whether he continues to meet the definition of an SVP. Elmore cross-appeals the trial court's exclusion of most of his expert's evidence. We hold that Elmore has not shown that he is entitled to a new trial and that portions of his expert's report were properly excluded....
