Harold Wayne Eller ("Husband") appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court for Harford County, amending a Qualified Domestic Relations Order ("QDRO") issued by that court as a Domestic Relations Order ("DRO") on March 13, 2001. The amendments removed language terminating the interest of Virginia Denton Eller ("Wife") in a portion of Husband's pension benefits upon her death.
