In the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Robert Angel Perez, the appellant, was convicted by a jury of two counts of felony murder, use of a handgun in a crime of violence, conspiracy to commit murder, two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, and use of a handgun. He was sentenced to two consecutive terms of life without parole for the murder convictions, consecutive 20 and 10-year sentences...
