On August 21, 1999, Harold Sepulveda died as the result of a severe asthma attack. As administrator of the estate of Harold Sepulveda, plaintiff filed suit against the City of Chicago (the City) alleging that paramedics took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive at the scene and failed to properly treat Harold. Plaintiff also alleged that Dr. Ignacio Fornaris failed to properly treat Sepulveda from the age of four...
