Following a bench trial in the circuit court of Du Page County, defendant, Antwan D. Youngblood, was convicted of the delivery of one gram or more but less than 15 grams of a substance containing cocaine. 720 ILCS 570/401(c)(2) (West 2002). The trial court sentenced defendant to six years' imprisonment, with credit for 342 days spent in presentence custody. The trial court also imposed a $2,000 drug assessment...
