Twin brothers Allen and Sylvester Mickle pled guilty to conspiring to defraud the United States with respect to false claims, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 286, and four counts of aiding and abetting false claims against the United States, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 287.
