Appellant, Jeffrey L. Cole, challenges the trial court's imposition of maximum, consecutive sentences upon his convictions for Resisting Law Enforcement as a Class D felony and Possession of Chemical Reagents or Precursors with Intent to Manufacture as a Class D felony.
