Pending before the Court in this admiralty case is Plaintiff United States of America's ("Plaintiff's") Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. # 32] and Memorandum of Law in Support of Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. # 33] ("Motion"). Defendants John Stapp, Inc. ("John Stapp"), Stapp Towing Co., Inc. ("Stapp Towing"), and tug CAPTAIN STAPP in rem ("CAPTAIN STAPP') (collectively, "Defendants")
