Mack, appellant, was tried on April 8, 2002, before a jury in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County (Woodward, J., presiding), on charges of Attempted Murder in the First Degree, Use of a Handgun in the Commission of a Felony, and Reckless Endangerment.
