James and Gloria Brandt (appellants) appeal a circuit court decision upholding a ruling of the Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board (the Board) that limited their recovery from the Virginia Motor Vehicle Transaction Recovery Fund (the Fund) to $20,000. Finding no error, we affirm.
