An Irwin County jury convicted Larry Phillips of one count of simple battery, one count of aggravated assault, and one count of aggravated stalking. Phillips appeals, alleging that (1) the evidence was insufficient to support the jury's verdict, (2) his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to file a motion to dismiss the indictment and for failing to properly prepare him to testify at trial, and (3) the trial court's jury instructions were erroneous...
