The petitioner, Willie Myers, appeals following the denial of his petition for certification to appeal from the judgment denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We dismiss the appeal.

The petitioner was arrested and charged with the January 6, 1995 murder of Jeffrey Rabuska. During jury selection, he pleaded guilty to one count of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a under the Alford doctrine
