The petition for writ of certiorari is denied on the merits. However, as respondent properly concedes, the circuit court erred in imposing a lien on petitioner's inmate trust account. See Cason v. Crosby, 892 So.2d 536 (Fla. 1st DCA 2005). Accordingly, we quash the circuit court's "Order to Submit Payment" to the extent that it improperly imposes a lien on petitioner...
