FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. Deborah and Freddie Sullivan were married on July 25, 1976, in Simpson County. The Sullivans had four children, only two of whom were minors at the time of divorce. On May 22, 2002, Deborah filed for divorce on the grounds of habitual cruel and inhuman treatment or, in the alternative, irreconcilable differences.
