¶ 1 Tyler Parks failed to appear as promised at a scheduled hearing in municipal court on the charge of minor in possession of alcohol. The court ordered the issuance of a bench warrant for his arrest. During a search incident to the arrest on the bench warrant, the police found cocaine in his pocket.
