¶ 1 Denise Tuttle sued Brock Gallien for personal injuries she sustained when Gallien ran into her car after it flipped on the freeway, allegedly after hitting a truck tire and wheel in the roadway. In the same suit, she joined her insurance company, Allstate, to establish underinsured motorists (UIM) coverage for her collision with the wheel and tire.
