Plaintiff James Warren Schreiber brought this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 after Defendant, Officer William Moe of the Grand Rapids Police Department, came to Schreiber's home in response to a 911 call and, after an altercation, arrested him. Schreiber argues that Officer Moe violated his Fourth Amendment rights by unlawfully entering his home, arresting him, and using excessive force...
