On April 22, 2004, American Hearing Aid Associates, Inc. ("American Hearing"), sued Deramus Hearing Aid Center, Inc., and Glenda Deramus (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Deramus"), alleging breach of contract and seeking damages in the amount of $87,739.35.
