Janice Hope appeals from two orders of the district court1 granting summary judgment to Mirek Klabal and Lynn Epsteen on her claims arising out of a series of art transactions. She alleges that she purchased artwork from Klabal and Epsteen at fraudulently inflated prices and seeks some $10 million in damages. The district court ruled that all of Hope's claims were barred by their respective statutes of limitations...
