Ben Justus James III conveyed adjoining residential lots to Greg E. Peterson (Peterson) and Lynda J. Peterson, as well as Michael D. Huffman. A dispute between the Petersons and Huffman arose after a survey conducted on the property revealed that Huffman's driveway encroached on the lot owned by the Petersons.
