PER CURIAM.

¶ 1 An Employment Security Department commissioner determined that Paul Engbrecht is disqualified from unemployment benefits and liable for the repayment of overpaid benefits pursuant to RCW 50.20.070, the misrepresentation disqualification provision of the Employment Security Act. The decision is a correct application of the law to factual findings supported by the record. Therefore, we affirm.
