Plaintiffs appeal as of right the trial court's order granting defendant's motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). Plaintiffs alleged that defendant insurance agency negligently failed to obtain adequate or appropriate insurance coverage for them, which resulted in plaintiffs' insurance coverage falling short when a fire "almost completely" destroyed their hotel.
