Attorney Michael D. Mandelman has appealed that portion of a referee's report finding that the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) proved by clear, satisfactory, and convincing evidence that Attorney Mandelman engaged in misconduct with respect to his representation of five clients. The OLR has cross-appealed the referee's findings and conclusion with respect to one of the counts as to which the referee found the OLR had not met its burden of proof...
