Donaldson, appeals from the decision of the workers' compensation review board (board) affirming the October 21, 2002 findings and award of the workers' compensation commissioner (commissioner). On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the commissioner improperly (1) determined that Mark Thimineur was not an authorized treating physician, (2) denied her motion to modify and (3) authorized David Kloth to serve as the treating physician...
