Paris appeals from an Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida ("Bankruptcy Court") granting summary judgment in favor of Appellee United States of America in an adversarial proceeding related to Appellant's voluntary Chapter 7 Bankruptcy petition. (Bankr. Dkt. No. 83, filed June 13, 2006, pp. 4, 10).
