The defendant was charged by bill of information with possession of a Schedule II CDS, cocaine, with intent to distribute. A jury found the defendant guilty as charged. The trial court imposed a sentence of 20 years imprisonment at hard labor. The defendant now appeals, assigning as error that his sentence is excessive.
