¶ 1 CURLEY, J.

Edward J. Bannister appeals the judgment convicting him of one count of delivery of a controlled substance, morphine, contrary to WIS. STAT. §§ 961.14(3) and 961.41(1)(a) (2003-04).1 Bannister argues that there was insufficient evidence to convict him because his confession was not corroborated by a significant fact. In addition, he alleges that several improprieties at trial prohibited the real controversy...
