Jeffrey K. appeals an adjudication by the separate juvenile court of Douglas County finding the allegations in the State's petition to be true. The court found that Jeffrey had committed the criminal offense of stalking as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-311.03 (Cum.Supp. 2004).
