Russell J'Nee Paschal was convicted of murder and possession of a knife during the commission of a crime arising from the stabbing death of DeCarla Harris.1 On appeal Paschal asserts that the trial court erred in allowing the admission of certain DNA evidence because the State failed to establish a chain of custody.
