In this copyright infringement dispute, Automation by Design, Inc.(ABD) alleges that Raybestos Products Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Raytech Corp., (together "Raybestos" or "RPC") infringed on its copyright and breached their agreement when it hired Production Design Services, Inc.
