The defendant, Jill P. Eder, appeals from the decision of the trial court denying her motion to discharge a mechanic's lien filed by the plaintiff, Stone-Krete Construction, Inc., in this action for the foreclosure of a mechanic's lien. The defendant contends that the trial court improperly concluded that the mechanic's lien complied with the "subscribed and sworn to" requirements of General Statutes § 49-34(1)(C)1
