John Barrett, Milwaukee County Clerk of Circuit Court (hereafter, the "Clerk") appeals from a trial court order directing him to transfer a condemnation award (the "Award") to a money market account at a private bank where it will earn interest for the benefit of the interested persons having a claim on the Award.
