NATURE OF CASE

The plaintiff was seriously injured in an automobile collision while driving a personal vehicle in the course of the business of a corporation of which he was an owner, officer, director, and employee. The other driver was at fault, and that driver's insurance company paid the $25,000 limits of its liability policy.
