OPINION

THORNE, Jr., Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Raymond Lee Norcutt appeals his conviction for violating sections 58-37d-4 and 58-37d-5 of Utah's Clandestine Drug Lab Act. See Utah Code Ann. §§ 58-37d-4, -5 (Supp.2005). We affirm.
