The Succession of Avery Glenn Jenkins (the "appellant") appeals a judgment by the First Judicial District Court, Parish of Caddo, State of Louisiana, which allowed the Succession of Joyce Rogers Jenkins, through its administratrix, Linda Parker, to withdraw certain funds which were being held in the registry of the court.
