In this appeal, we are asked to determine whether an automobile insurance policy issued by Progressive Gulf Insurance Company to Bessie Mullins afforded liability coverage for a vehicular accident that occurred on January 15, 2002. Progressive instigated this declaratory judgment action in the Circuit Court of Wayne County against Mullins, Genevieve Lee, We Care Day Care Center, Inc., Nathan Bonner, Nancy Deese, and Jessie Deese...
