¶ 1. Tyrone Ellis pled guilty to the charge of armed robbery and aggravated assault in the Lowndes County Circuit Court and was sentenced to thirty-five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. On January 14, 2005, Ellis filed a motion for post-conviction relief.
