Mamadou T. Diallo, a native and citizen of Guinea, petitions for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals affirming the Immigration Judge's denial of his application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture. Since the IJ improperly required Diallo to present corroborating evidence, we vacate the decision of the BIA.
