This Adversary Proceeding is before the Court upon the Plaintiffs1 Motion to Strike Jury Demand of Defendant Starla W. Price Frazier ("Frazier"). (Doc. 34). Defendant Frazier has filed a response in accordance with this Court's Order of April 11, 2006. (Does. 74, 88). For the reasons set forth below, the Motion to Strike Jury Demand is GRANTED. (Doc. 34).
