This case concerns the right of news organizations to conduct exit polls within 100 feet of polling places in Ohio on election days. Plaintiffs bring this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, asserting, inter alia, defendant's directives limiting access to the area within 100 feet of polling stations violate plaintiffs' rights to free speech and due process guaranteed by the First and Fourteenth Amendments...
