OPINION

GREENWOOD, Associate Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiffs Steven and Suzanne West (the Wests) appeal the trial court's grant of Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. We reverse in part and affirm in part.
