Defendant/appellant, Allstate Insurance Company ("Allstate"), appeals from a judgment of the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court in favor of the plaintiff/appellee, Sharon A. Geraci ("Geraci"), awarding her $5,000 in damages, $5,000 for arbitrary and capricious failure to pay a claim, and $14,063.37 in attorney's fees. On appeal, Allstate argues that the court erred in finding it arbitrary and capricious in ruling that Geraci was entitled...
