OPINION

HALL, Judge.

¶ 1 We previously entered an unpublished order denying defendant's motion to stay restitution payments pending the outcome of her appeal. Because of the importance of the issue, we stated in the order that this opinion would follow. We conclude that restitution payments are not stayed pending the outcome of an appeal, but that any monies paid are to be held by the clerk of the superior court for disbursement to the victim or reimbursement...
