Following our reversal of the defendant Thomas Pigford's conviction and sentence for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute in State v. Pigford, 39,306 (La.App. 2d Cir.1/26/05), 892 So.2d 724, the Louisiana Supreme Court reversed our ruling, reinstated the conviction and sentence, and remanded the case for our consideration of the assignments of error pretermitted by our earlier ruling.
