The circuit court of Cook County granted a declaratory judgment to Country Mutual Insurance Company, determining that it had no duty to defend or indemnify the defendant policyholders in this case. The appellate court affirmed this decision. 358 Ill.App.3d 880, 295 Ill.Dec. 665, 833 N.E.2d 871
