George McIntyre was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County of forty-seven counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of distribution of child pornography.1 The court imposed a one-year sentence as punishment for McIntyre's conviction of one of the possession of child pornography counts but imposed no sentence for the conviction of the remaining forty...
