In this appeal, we consider whether NRS 244A.763(5) requires workers be paid prevailing wages for a private project funded through public economic development revenue bonds. We determine that the plain language of NRS 244A.763(5) mandates that the public works statutes of NRS Chapter 338 be considered to determine what type of projects require payment of prevailing wages.
