MEMORANDUM OPINION

KAY WOODS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause is before the Court on the parties' cross motions for summary judgment on the issues in an adversary proceeding commenced by WCI Steel, Inc. ("WCI") against Seaway Marine Transport ("Seaway") seeking a determination of the validity and priority of maritime liens and for damages for unjust enrichment. Each of the parties filed responses and reply briefs to the motions for summary judgment.
