Per Curiam.

By decision dated April 14, 2005, this Court suspended respondent from the practice of law for a period of one year (Matter of Lucas, 17 A.D.3d 856 [2005]). The decision directed respondent to cooperate with petitioner in the prompt formulation of an appropriate restitution order (id. at 857).
